Tiri App respects your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and associated data.
Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Tiri App account and all associated personal data, please contact us using one of the following methods:

Steps to Delete Your Account
Option 1: Email Request (Recommended)
Send an email to tiritechconsulting@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request"
Include your registered email address or phone number in the email body
We will verify your identity within 3-5 business days
Upon verification, your account and data will be scheduled for deletion
You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete
Option 2: In-App Deletion
Open the Tiri App on your device
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
Enter your password to confirm your identity
Review the information about what will be deleted
Tap "Confirm Deletion" to proceed
Your account will be deleted immediately and you will be logged out
Data Deleted Upon Account Deletion
When you request account deletion, the following personal data is permanently deleted:
Your account profile information (name, email, phone number)
Your location history and location data
All service requests you have created
All service requests you have responded to
Your communication history and messages
Your account preferences and settings
Your rating and review history
Data Retained After Account Deletion
The following data may be retained for legitimate business and legal reasons:
Transaction Records: Anonymized transaction data may be retained for accounting and legal compliance (up to 7 years)Abuse/Safety Reports: If your account was involved in reported safety or policy violations, records may be retained for security purposesLegal Obligations: Data required by law (tax records, dispute resolution, etc.) may be retained as requiredBackup Data: Backups may be retained for up to 90 days, after which all data is permanently destroyed
Data Deletion Timeline
Email Requests: Account deletion within 10-15 business days after identity verificationIn-App Deletion: Account deletion within 24 hoursComplete Data Removal: All personal data permanently deleted within 90 days (after backup purge)
Important Information
Before You Delete Your Account
Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone . Once your account is deleted:
You will not be able to access the Tiri App with that account
Any active service requests will be canceled
You will not receive updates about assistance you requested or offered
Your profile and contributions to the community will no longer be visible
Alternative Options
If you simply want to take a break from using Tiri App, consider these alternatives to deletion:
Temporarily Deactivate Account: Pause your account without losing dataDisable Notifications: Turn off app notifications in SettingsUpdate Privacy Settings: Adjust location sharing and visibility preferences
